Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €30. For orders under €30, you pay only €3.90 shipping. For deliveries to Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, and Spain, the price is €5.90. For deliveries to other EU countries, the price is €13.99. Shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein starts at €19.99. We are happy to ship worldwide upon request.

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a tracking link. However, you won't be able to find your order in the DHL tracking portal until it's at DHL or has been scanned. This can take up to 24 hours after the shipping notification.

Of course, our parcels are insured by DHL parcel insurance.

During the Christmas season, DHL may experience longer delivery times due to increased parcel volumes. Within Germany, we recommend placing orders by December 18th at the latest. For deliveries abroad, please place your order a few days earlier, as shipping times may be even longer.

For logistical reasons, we're unfortunately unable to offer gift wrapping. Besides, wrapping the gift yourself and writing a handwritten card is still the best option. Thank you for your understanding.

You can easily return items to us within 30 days of receipt. The important thing is that the products are unused and in perfect condition.

We'll be happy to cover the shipping costs for your outbound shipment. Please understand that you'll be responsible for any return shipping costs.
